Her experience spans executive leadership across Federally Qualified Health Centers, Tribal Health Programs, rural healthcare organizations, national healthcare partnerships, and federal compliance consulting.

Throughout her career, she has helped health centers strengthen governance, improve financial sustainability, modernize operations, secure federal funding, navigate complex regulatory environments, and build resilient organizations capable of meeting the evolving needs of the communities they serve.
